These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the bookings and services offered on the website www.jet-familys.fr.
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1 – Identity of the service provider

Article 2 – Services offered
Jet-Familys offers, in particular:
Jet ski tours Jet ski rental, with or without a license depending on the applicable regulations Towable tubing Paddleboarding Kayaking Boat trips Cruises Various water activities
The essential characteristics of each service are listed on the website.
Article 3 – Booking
Any booking becomes final after:
validation of the order; acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale; full payment or payment of the required deposit.
The service provider reserves the right to refuse any booking for a legitimate reason.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros.
They include the services described at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT if the company is subject to VAT, or are indicated outside the scope of VAT if the applicable tax regime provides for it.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment may be made by:
Bank card Bank transfer Any other payment method offered on the website.
The booking is only confirmed after payment has been validated.
Article 6 – No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date or according to a specific schedule are not subject to the legal 14-day withdrawal period.
Article 7 – Cancellation conditions
Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation request must be made in writing.
The following conditions apply:
more than 48 hours before the start of the service: 50% of the amounts paid will be refunded; the remaining 50% will be retained by the service provider as fixed compensation; less than 48 hours before the start of the service: no refund; 100% of the service price remains due; in the event of a no-show: no refund; 100% of the price remains due; any service that has already started is due in full.
Article 8 – Cancellation by Jet-Familys
The service provider may cancel or postpone an activity, in particular in the event of:
bad weather conditions; sea conditions presenting a safety risk; technical failure; administrative decision; force majeure; any circumstance that may endanger participants.
In this case, the customer may choose between:
rescheduling the service; a credit note valid for 12 months; or a full refund of the amounts paid.
No additional compensation may be claimed.
Article 9 – Late arrival
The customer must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
Any late arrival may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund if it prevents the proper running of the activity.
Article 10 – Participation conditions
The customer declares that they:
are physically fit to take part in the booked activity; are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs; will comply with the safety instructions given by staff; will provide accurate information when booking.
The service provider may refuse any person whose behaviour is dangerous, aggressive or incompatible with safety requirements.
No refund will be made in this case.
Article 11 – Minors
Minors must be accompanied or have parental authorization where permitted by regulations.
The legal representative remains responsible for the minor.
Article 12 – Safety
Wearing the safety equipment provided by the service provider is mandatory.
The customer undertakes to comply with speed limits, navigation instructions and the instructor’s directions.
Any dangerous behaviour may result in the immediate interruption of the service without refund.
Article 13 – Liability
The service provider is insured in accordance with applicable regulations.
The service provider shall not be held liable in the event of:
fault by the customer; failure to comply with instructions; force majeure; an unforeseeable act by a third party.
The customer remains responsible for any damage they may cause to people, equipment or facilities when such damage results from their fault or behaviour.
Article 14 – Damage to equipment
The customer undertakes to return the equipment in good condition.
Any damage resulting from abnormal use, fault or failure to comply with instructions may be charged.
Article 15 – Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
It is used only for the management of bookings and legal obligations.
The customer has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection.
Article 16 – Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 15 days following the service.
Article 17 – Mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge after attempting to resolve the dispute amicably.
The mediator’s contact details will be provided by the service provider or indicated on its website.
Article 18 – Competent court
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the rules of the French Code of Civil Procedure and the French Consumer Code.
